Additional Fields In The Contact Form

Collect more information with the contact form. Fields can be optional or mandatory, and there are 5 different types:

• Text field
• Text area
• Radio buttons
• Checkbox
• Drop-down menu

You can access collected information in the Customers section of your store's admin.
